For more than 27 years, the Greater Cleveland Growth Association’s small business
division, the Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE) has been serving the small business
community by offering group purchasing benefits, business education programs, advocacy,
and one-on-one business counseling. Members participating in group purchasing
programs collectively save more than $100 million each year.
The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is a division of COSE and is funded by
the Ohio Department of Development and the Small Business Administration. SBDC staff
and volunteers provide free one-on-one counseling, products, materials and educational
programs to entrepreneurs in both start-up and existing businesses.
