City 2-0 up in the opening 15 minutes. Tevez just about squeezes the penalty in. Could be a long afternoon for Sunderland. Tevez earned the pk and finishes it — just— from the spot. Bardsley arguably unlucky to give the foul, but he did nick the trail leg.

2-0 City - Bardsley brings down Tevez in the box, Tevez slots penalty just past Mignolet. And it's 2-0. Poor marking allowed Tevez to break free and a late, clumsy challenge from Bardsley won the penalty.

That's a good decision from Webb to award penalty. Tevez definetly denited chance to score and had ball. 2-0.
